Job summary

Blackwave Texas Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the establishment and operation of an ISO 9001–compliant Quality Management System at the new Texas site, aligning with the existing German QMS while adapting to local needs.

The role builds a scalable, hands-on quality culture and ensures that the Texas facility operates with the same rigor and reliability as our German operations, including audits, CAPA, and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ISO 9001 in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to build and scale a QMS from ground up.
• Experience preparing for internal, customer, and certification audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a Texas-site QMS aligned with GDPR standards.
• Partner with German quality organization to align processes with company-wide standards.
• Design and implement core quality processes: non-conformance, document control, audits, CAPA, and decision paths.
• Prepare for and support audits and qualification activities.
• Train local teams on quality processes and ensure compliance in production.
