With nearly 100,000 employees around the world, we shape the energy systems of today and tomorrow.

You’ll start your day reviewing project quality performance, customer requirements, inspections, supplier performance, nonconformances, and key risks. You’ll work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, and Commissioning teams to align on priorities and upcoming milestones. Throughout the day, you may lead quality gates and inspections, support customer hold or witness points, address supplier quality issues, or drive root-cause and corrective actions. You’ll maintain the Project Quality Plan, communicate quality status and risks, and help ensure lessons learned and right-first-time quality are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead project quality management from contract review and tender handover through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain a risk-based Project Quality Plan that translates customer, contractual, regulatory, and internal requirements into clear quality controls.
  • Advise project leadership on quality risks, cost of poor quality, schedule impacts, resources, preventive actions, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and coordinate quality gates, audits, inspections, test plans, hold and witness points, acceptance criteria, and milestone readiness reviews.
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor quality, nonconformances, deviations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and escalation of critical quality issues.
  • Monitor quality performance, maintain accurate project records and final documentation, and promote a right-first-time quality culture through coaching and lessons learned.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years Quality management experience supporting complex EPC, power transmission and distribution, substation, construction, commissioning, or similar industrial projects.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, project quality planning, auditing, inspections and testing, supplier quality, nonconformance management, and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to interpret contracts, customer specifications, technical standards, drawings, and project documentation and translate requirements into practical quality controls.
  • Strong communication, customer orientation, problem-solving, and influencing skills with the ability to work across Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, suppliers, contractors, and site teams.
  • Experience with digital quality systems, dashboards, document and configuration control, and performance reporting; certifications such as ASQ CQE/CMQ-OE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 15-20% to project sites, customer locations, factories, and suppliers as required.

Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
