Job summary

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality activities onsite in Lee's Summit, MO. You will manage auditors, respond to government requests, and develop statistical analyses and SOPs.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and 3+ years in quality operations. PMP is desirable; active clearance preferred. Drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen able to work in the U.S.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (ASQ) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in managing quality control operations.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check (credit, criminal, DMV).
• PMP certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Quality Manager overseeing all quality activities at NRC/FSF locations.
• Lead a team of quality auditors and tutors for audits and training.
• Respond to NRC requests within a 2-hour window.
• Develop complex statistical analyses, cost estimates and reports.
• Coordinate activities with government representatives and contractors.
• Present briefings to management and prepare SOPs.
