Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Fremont, MI is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance efforts across a manufacturing operation. You will develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive product quality from raw materials to finished goods.

Lead a quality team, conduct internal and external audits for ISO 9001 compliance, and pursue continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing a quality team.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis tools.
