Job summary

Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC in Cressona, PA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department and drive zero-defect performance. You will guide containment activities, problem solving, and customer claim handling while mentoring the quality team and supporting the quality lab.

The role requires developing the site's quality strategy, leveraging data-driven tools to elevate quality across the operation and to partner with customers on quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with aluminum extrusion or related manufacturing processes.
• Experience with QMS and ISO 9001 and IATF 16849standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site's quality strategy leveraging data analytics and advanced quality systems.
• Provide customer support for quality issues and technical problem solving.
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Train and coach team members on Quality standards and processes.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of inspection records and test data.
• Lead non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
