Mortenson is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality system on medium to large projects across the Lincoln, NE area. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and confidentiality with staff at all levels.
You will implement the Quality Management Plan, drive corrective actions, review project plans for quality requirements, and mentor field and project engineers while overseeing third-party QA/QC activities and subcontractor performance.
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Aptitude to anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise; along with the capability to creatively problem-solve and bring together viable solutions. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are vital, with attention to detail equally important. The Quality Manager will lead, manage, document, monitor, and analyze the quality system on medium to large projects. Also, ensure necessary corrective and preventative actions are taken.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
