Job summary

ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, seeks a Quality Manager in Neenah, WI to lead the Quality team, advance safety culture, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will own the Quality Management System, oversee audits, ensure finished goods meet specifications, collaborate with engineering and production, mentor staff, and report metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in technical field and 5 years leadership in Quality/Manufacturing, or 10 years relevant experience.
• ISO 9001, GMP, and GFSI knowledge required.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Experience with audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality department and programs.
• Coordinate with Organizational Quality leadership and Manufacturing Management to ensure procedures and metrics are on target.
• Oversee personnel activities including hiring, performance goals, and training.
• Develop, implement, and administer quality specifications and systems.
• Monitor progress against metrics and report results.
• Visit customers and suppliers as needed.
• Manage internal and external audits and corrective actions.
