Randstad USA is seeking a Quality Manager to own our Quality Management System (QMS) and drive the quality strategy from end to end. You will lead cross‑functional teams, interface with customers and subcontractors, and implement rigorous quality control that keeps our products ahead of industry standards.

The role requires 6 years of quality leadership experience, a Manager level, and a High School diploma.

• Drive Strategic Quality Initiatives: Lead cross-functional teams through product quality planning, root-cause analysis, corrective action strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion QMS & NADCAP Excellence: Oversee and elevate our QMS while leveraging NADCAP expertise to maintain rigorous compliance and operational standards.
• Translate Data into Action: Analyze QMS performance metrics and present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary voice of quality when engaging with key customers, subcontractors, and internal partners regarding technical standards and requirements.
• Manage Resources & Talent: Identify, allocate, and optimize personnel and technical resources needed to support a world-class quality assurance program.

Are you a quality leader who thrives on precision, continuous improvement, and operational excellence? We are looking for a high-impact Quality Manager to take ownership of our Quality Management System (QMS) and lead our quality strategy from end to end.

In this role, you won't just maintain standards—you will set them. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, interface directly with customers and subcontractors, and drive rigorous quality control processes that ensure our products exceed industry expectations every single time.

salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
