Job description

Job Title: Product Quality Executive

To ensure all products leaving the facility meet company and customer standards for quality, safety, and reliability, the Quality Manager is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, leading the quality team, and continuously improving quality systems within the printing and packaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement quality control and inspection processes across all production stages—prepress, printing, lamination, slitting, and packaging.
2. Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and record-keeping of all quality processes and test results.
3. Develop and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, BRC, GMP).
4. Oversee product testing for parameters such as print quality, color consistency, sealing strength, and material properties.
5. Conduct product checks and tests to identify failure points.
6. Supervise packaging and shipping processes.
7. Maintain records of product dispatch.
8. Possess knowledge of color identification.
9. Apply factory knowledge to improve quality processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and testing procedures.
