Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a QA/QC Manager for its on-site facilities at Moffett Field, CA. Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in facilities or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit methodologies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (maintenance, engineering, operations).
• Ability to read technical docs, schematics, and SOPs.
• Experience with CAPA processes.
• Proficiency with QA software or digital inspection systems.

Job Overview

Oversees the Quality Assurance program supporting a large, complex facility environment that includes technical laboratories, clean rooms, computing centers, utility systems, mission‑support complexes, and diverse administrative and research spaces. Ensures maintenance, operations, and repair activities across the site consistently meet strict technical, safety, and performance standards. Provides guidance on quality policies, continuous improvement, and compliance for a multidisciplinary workforce operating in high‑risk, mission‑critical areas.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $139,000 - $149,697/ year

Job Requirements

Mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within facilities, engineering, industrial, or similarly complex technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and audit methodologies.
• Experience managing quality programs for multidisciplinary teams (maintenance, engineering, operations).
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrated experience with root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Proficiency with QA software tools, databases, or digital inspection/reporting systems.
