Job Description:

Quality Manager

Parsons is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee construction quality activities for Family Housing projects at Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.

This project involves design and construction of multiple dwelling units, some modifiable for handicap accessibility, and includes transformer vaults. Experience with trade labor subcontractors and US Army Corps of Engineers or military construction is preferred.

Must be willing to relocate and work on a long-term assignment at Kwajalein Atoll.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary quality representative, ensuring all activities meet specifications and standards.
• Develop and manage the project-specific Quality Control Plan; maintain documentation in line with requirements.
• Report on quality performance, non-conformances, and corrective actions; escalate issues promptly.
• Lead quality control meetings and document outcomes.
• Oversee inspections, material verification, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with project teams and USACE representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain quality reports and documentation.
• Have authority to stop work if quality issues arise and ensure deficiencies are addressed.
• Support project closeout with documentation and final records.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Quality, with 5+ years in management.
• Experience in supervisory roles.
• Active Construction Quality Management (CQM) USACE certification or ability to recertify.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Structural, or related areas.
• Active PE or Architect license is a plus.

Salary Range: $120,800 - $217,400
