Job summary

Xylem in Thomasville, GA seeks a Quality Manager to lead a quality team, advance ISO 9001 initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. You will conduct internal/external audits, work with partners on root-cause analysis, and maintain robust NCR processes.

The role is onsite five days a week and requires relocation to Thomasville. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality manufacturing, hands-on APQP/PPAP experience, and a proven ability to coach and grow a team while implementing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science field.
• 5+ years' relevant work experience.
• Experience with APQP and/or Pepap.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• ISO 9001 or equivalent experience (required).
• 5+ years of Quality Manufacturing experience (required).
• Position is based in Thomasville and must be able to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks early with root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Perform internal and external quality audits and report findings.

Looking for a Quality Manager who has led a team, has experience with PPAP and related QPAP tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standard
• Ideal candidate will have been a part of or created ISO 9001 programs
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of finding
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluation
• Role is onsite 5 days per week
• Oversee the NCR process and ensure timely resolution
