Jobot is seeking a Quality Manager in Sanford, FL to lead and oversee all quality assurance and food safety programs within our manufacturing operations. The role reports to the operations leadership, requires a Bachelor’s in Food Science or related field, 5+ years in food manufacturing, and strong HACCP/GMP/GFSI knowledge.

• Lead internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and customer audits.
• Manage quality control processes across production, including testing, inspection, and documentation.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, and supply chain teams.
• Train and mentor staff on quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
