Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and GFSI schemes.
• Experience with audits, regulatory compliance and documentation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and industry standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and customer audits.
• Manage quality control processes across production, including testing, inspection, and documentation.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, and supply chain teams.
• Train and mentor staff on quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
