The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The Quality Manager is part of the Senior Leadership Team at the Asheville plant reporting into the Plant Manager. They will oversee plant Quality Goals, maintain and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Deploy the applicable elements and initiatives of EBS tools (EQMS) to accomplish plant objectives. This role is supporting a engineer to order (ETO) manufacturing environment. Responsible for customer satisfaction through our Quality System; accountable for quality performance by monitoring Quality related metrics, conducting Quality Assessments and driving RCCA through quality. Plan, develop and manage the Operations, Inspection, Testing, Customer, Supplier, and QMS Quality Team.
