Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc. seeks a Quality Manager to lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality in a manufacturing environment.

You will drive quality performance, develop associates, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective quality systems and CI initiatives. Responsibilities include leading quality teams, managing supplier actions, audits, and new model launches, while coaching staff and aligning budgets with business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier quality, process quality, and new model launches.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and CI.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to improve quality performance.
• Oversee supplier corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
• Analyze supplier and internal quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets and business plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing supplier quality, process quality, and new model launch activities.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies.
