FastTrack Staffing in Michigan is seeking a quality inspector to perform dimensional and visual inspections of materials and parts, ensure conformance to customer requirements, and support ISO 9001 processes.

You will use CMM, optical comparators, gages, and calipers; read blueprints; maintain calibration records and in-process inspection plans. This is a full-time, on-site role with health benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality role preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours daily.

• Develop in-process inspection control plans and inspection reports for new parts.

• Performing documented inspections per customer requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections and adjust the machine as needed to maintain product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing dimensional and visual inspection of incoming materials, first piece inspection of manufactured parts, in-process auditing of ongoing production, inspection of outsourced operations, and final inspections prior to shipment.

Job Duties:

• Participate in the maintenance and documentation required for our ISO 9001 Quality System.
