Job summary

Leoforce in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Quality Manager to own and maintain the AS9100/ISO 9001 quality management system, and to lead internal and external audits. You will serve as the primary quality representative for customers, program reviews, and contract requirements.

The role partners with engineering and manufacturing to ensure aerospace quality requirements are met, while managing quality metrics, supplier quality, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of QA/Quality experience in aerospace or defense, including leadership experience.
• 5+ years working with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001.
• AS9100 auditor certification; Lead Auditor preferred.
• Knowledge of J-STD-001 Space Addendum and NASA 8739 standards.
• Strong root cause analysis, technical documentation, and customer communication skills.
