Job summary

Hennig Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee certification, testing methods, and compliance. You will ensure products meet quality standards, analyze data, and maintain production schedules while coaching staff on quality practices.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, ISO 9001 experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP/CRM is a plus, with a focus on accuracy, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing, with ISO 9001 standards experience.
  • Reading ability: Must be able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Certification and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Implement inspection and testing methods for products and production equipment.
  • Ensure products consistently meet established quality standards.
  • Compile, analyze, and report on quality data.
  • Maintain product delivery schedules.
  • Train and manage production line staff on quality assessment and production practices.
  • Monitor product flow through the manufacturing process to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct and document detailed inspections of finished products against industry and company standards.
  • Identify, remove, and analyze non-conforming products to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain departmental 5S housekeeping standards

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: BA or BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience required

Experience: 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing. Experience with ISO 9001 standards

Reading Ability: Must be able to read and understand English

  • Communicates information clearly and concisely in reports, meetings, and status updates.

  • Consistently meets deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Efficiently masters production sequences and quality standards
  • ERP and CRM experience a plus
