Job summary

Page Mechanical Group, Inc. in Michigan seeks a Manufacturing Quality & Compliance Manager to lead our QMS and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, Nadcap, FAR/DFARS, ITAR and IATF 16949 automotive standards.

You will audit programs, drive corrective actions, mentor the quality team, and coordinate supplier qualifications while supporting APQP/PPAP for automotive programs and maintaining a safe, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 10 years in engineering or quality.
• Experience in aerospace and/or automotive manufacturing.
• AS9100 Lead Auditor certification.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of QMS principles and technical specs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS)

What You Bring

• Experience in aerospace and/or automotive manufacturing (steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.)
• AS9100 Lead Auditor certification
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of QMS principles and technical specs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
