Job summary

Omni One in Canton, OH is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee QA procedures, coach staff, and ensure compliance with quality systems while collaborating across management, production and engineering to resolve issues.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with quality standards, and the ability to manage documentation and audits. Occasional interactions with suppliers are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in quality assurance leadership at a manufacturing facility.
• Experience in a job shop, machining manufacturer, or metal fabrication environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Knowledge of quality inspection equipment and methods.

Duties of the Quality Manager include:

• Ensure manufactured products meet company and industry quality standards
