Job summary

STEM Talent Solutions seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA, QC, Supplier Quality and maintain the QMS in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has AS9100 and ISO 9001 expertise, 5+ years of quality leadership, and a track record of audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Experience with audits, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality and the Quality Management System (QMS) in a manufacturing environment.
• Oversee the QMS and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate internal and supplier audits, corrective actions, and preventive actions.

Seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, and the Quality Management System (QMS) in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing

Preferred:

• Aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing experience
• Lean Six Sigma
• CQE, CQM, or Lead Auditor certification
