Recommend new equipment and technologies as appropriate.* Assist in determination of disposition of material rejected in plant and advise manufacturing and production control of disposition.* Oversee complaint reporting system, ensure timely disposition of corrective actions, assist with customer returns.* Oversee chemical testing for processing fluids used in manufacturing processes.* Advise plant management when a production operation should be suspended where quality of product is insufficient to meet the customer’s requirements.* Participate in Feasibility Reviews activities and provide recommendations on new applications.The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers.
