Cherokee Federal seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control for USCIS operations at the National Records Center in NRC or the Harrisonburg File Storage Facility. You will oversee quality auditors, set standards, and ensure compliance with government regs on-site at the Virginia locations.
The role requires a minimum of three years in quality management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or to obtain within 180 days).
This position requires an active Secret clearance.
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities in support of USCIS operations at the National Records Center (NRC) or the Harrisonburg File Storage Facility (HBG FSF). This role provides on-site leadership for quality auditors and tutors, ensures compliance with Government regulations, policies, and internal procedures, and supports continuous process improvement across all task areas. The Quality Manager monitors performance metrics, identifies risks and trends, and implements corrective actions to maintain service quality and contractual compliance.
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Quality Manager: (Pay commensurate with experience)
