What You'll Do:

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our quality control and laboratory operations. You'll lead a dedicated team of QC professionals and ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, taste, and compliance.

• Lead and mentor QC and lab technicians
• Oversee SQF, HACCP, and GMP programs
• Manage microbiological, chemical, and sensory testing of raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 110)
• Prepare for and lead customer and third-party audits
• Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot and improve processes
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in food quality assurance or lab management
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, micro testing, and aseptic processing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with juice, smoothie, or beverage production is a plus
