Nelson Miller Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and optimize our quality management systems across industrial, IoT, medical, and aerospace sectors. You will ensure product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance, driving excellence in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain activities.
The role requires coordinating the Quality and Inspection Team, reviewing engineering packets, and implementing PFMEA, control plans, and corrective actions.

Job Summary: The highly skilled and strategic Quality Manager leads and optimizes the company’s quality management systems. This individual is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance across our operations, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence in industrial, IoT, medical, and aerospace sectors.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of three to five years of progressive quality experience, with demonstrated leadership experience.

Pay Range: $95k - $110k (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)
