Tom Trese is seeking a Premium Products Quality Manager to lead quality systems and certification for advanced vacuum induction melting and remelting processes. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-performance manufacturing environment where quality is critical.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As the Quality Manager for Premium Products, you will serve as a key leader responsible for maintaining and advancing the Quality Management System (QMS) supporting premium remelted products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and maintaining the Quality Management System for premium products
• Managing external quality certifications and compliance requirements
• Overseeing internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Reviewing and approving certified test reports
• Driving customer‑focused quality standards throughout the organization
• Managing and mentoring Quality Assurance personnel
• Partnering cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to strengthen quality systems and processes
• Serving as Management Representative for the Premium Products QMS, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and integrity
• Reporting QMS performance metrics and recommendations to executive leadership
• Supporting a culture centered around safety, accountability, and operational excellence
• Traveling domestically and internationally as needed
