Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality management function
• Create and manage processes that ensure the company product/service quality standards are met
• Manage the quality audits
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of various mechanical components and assemblies to close tolerances
• Perform first article inspections
• Work with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers and customers on all quality related issues
• Manage internal audit process
• Communicate nonconformance issues to customers and work to resolve them
• Mentor inspector(s)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality management function
• Create and manage processes that ensure the company product/service quality standards are met
• Manage the quality audits
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of various mechanical components and assemblies to close tolerances
• Perform first article inspections
• Work with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers and customers on all quality related issues
• Manage internal audit process
• Communicate nonconformance issues to customers and work to resolve them
• Mentor inspector(s)

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent knowledge of quality control principles
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and or NADCAP quality programs
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
