We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Quality Engineer (QE) to serve as the technical guardian of our solar and energy storage portfolio. Operating at the critical intersection of engineering design and field execution, we will rely on this pivotal role to ensure that every megawatt built translates into a safe, high-performing, and durable long-term revenue stream.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical authority, structural and electrical excellence, and a passion for a "boots-on-the-ground" field environment.
You will be responsible for owning the QA/QC framework across active construction sites, executing rigorous field audits, enforcing strict National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance, overseeing system commissioning protocols, and managing the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) lifecycle.
