Job summary

Houston Regional HIV/AIDS Resource Group is seeking a Quality Management Coordinator to support planning and quality activities for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program across Parts B, C, and D. The role collaborates with program, finance, and grant administration teams to monitor performance and ensure compliance with HRSA requirements.

The position emphasizes data analysis, quality improvement, and ensuring services meet community needs in alignment with program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, nursing, statistics, nonprofit management, or related field; OR a minimum of three year's experience in public health, HIV services, quality management, or program planning.
• Familiarity with Ryan White legislation, the HIV car continuum, and HRSA performance measures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Planning and Quality in implementing quality management, compliance monitoring, and community planning activities for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Parts B, C, and D.
• Collaborate with Program, Finance, and Grant Administration staff to monitor subrecipient performance and compliance.
• Analyze service and quality data; support continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure funded services are responsive to community needs and aligned with HRSA requirements.
