Job summary

Performance Contracting Group seeks an experienced Director of Quality Management to lead a culture of quality in Lenexa, KS. You will mentor teams, partner with Operations, and oversee the Quality Management System while aligning with business strategy and company values.

Responsibilities include directing quality programs, implementing policies, and driving continuous improvement across all product lines; travel up to 50% may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, operations management or process transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience in a related field.
• ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence certification/experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor quality teams and oversee the Corporate Quality Department.
• Lead the Quality Management Board and coordinate with operations leadership to drive performance.
• Develop and implement quality policies, standards, and best practices; ensure customer and code compliance.
• Manage the Design Verification process across product lines and oversee nonconformance and root cause programs.
• Communicate financial information to leadership and develop business plans within risk parameters.
