Job summary

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB) is seeking a Source Quality Supervisor to oversee the Source Department, ensuring adherence to customer and internal requirements.

The role focuses on directing staff, performance management, and continuous quality improvement across inspection, in-process, and assembly activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality control within manufacturing, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to support engineering, sales, and production

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical/quality field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, quality, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' quality control experience in manufacturing.
• Leadership and customer service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Source Department staff and manage workload, scheduling, performance reviews.
• Provide feedback and coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions.
• Guide and mentor Source team to improve skills.
• Monitor incoming inspection, in-process, and assembly quality; drive process improvements.
• Communicate with Engineering, Sales, and Production to support goals.
• Participate in technical customer discussions and resolve concerns.
