Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Quality Assurance and/or Business is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Quality Problem Solving: Containment of WIP and Stock, root cause investigation, processing of defective product.
• Floor Support Team II QA: Support quality, scrap, cost reduction and improvement projects; daily QA support for manufacturing area.
• MRB Level II Management: Review and disposition of MRB product.
• Data Analyst: Monthly update of Metrics Board, monthly reporting on customer claims and returns; general data requests for QA actions.
