Job summary

PCT Ebeam and Integration in Davenport, IA seeks a Quality Manager who will own the QMS and drive the four quality pillars—planning, assurance, control, and improvement. This hands-on leadership role blends strategy with daily execution in a project-based environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in quality within OEM/contract manufacturing, plus strong knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, CAPA, and ERP/MRP systems. Possible Six Sigma or CQE/CQA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or quality management.
• 5+ years of quality engineering/management in OEM or contract manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and inspection practices.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and quality planning tools (FMEA, CAPA, SPC, MSA).
• Experience leading internal audits and cross-functional collaboration.
• Preferred Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or CQE/CQA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS ownership across the organization and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement quality processes: document control, SOPs, CAPA.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Interface with customers for quality program management and audits.
