Job summary

You will build a capable QA team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the Westinghouse Quality Management System is implemented on new plant projects.

Qualifications

• BS Degree or equivalent engineering or technical.
• 8+ years of quality assurance experience.
• Broad knowledge of QA regulations, codes and standards.
• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, and testing.
• Ability to travel internationally as projects require (up to +/- 25% for peak times)

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy across AP1000 projects and QA programs.
• Design staffing strategies and build QA team's capabilities.
• Develop and manage QA budgets and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with the Westinghouse Quality Management System and standards.
• Lead internal audits, surveillances, and self-assessments.
• Champion a nuclear safety culture and promote continuous improvement.
