Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead New Model Quality, Process Quality and Supplier Quality in a manufacturing environment. You will drive quality performance, develop teammates, and align supplier quality with customer expectations.

You will provide leadership, set strategic quality objectives, and ensure world-class quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier quality, process quality, and new model launch activities.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to improve quality performance.
• Oversee supplier corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
• Analyze supplier and internal quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage departmental budgets and business plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Oversee internal quality audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality activities for new product launches and new model introduction.
• Lead resolution of supplier quality issues.
• Champion workplace organization initiatives.
• Oversee manufacturing process and quality requirements for new model implementation.
• Establish departmental goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Support cross-functional teams.
