Key People is seeking a Quality Manager to lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality in a manufacturing setting. You will drive quality performance, mentor associates, and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure customer satisfaction through effective systems and continuous improvement.

You will provide strategic oversight, manage budgets, support cross-functional teams, and oversee audits and corrective actions for ongoing quality enhancements and new model introductions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier, process quality and New Model Launch activities.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
