Job summary

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) seeks a qualified Quality Assurance/Compliance leader to oversee the Quality Management System across client facilities, ensuring alignment with GMP/GDP and ISO standards.

The role requires 5+ years in regulated industries, strong English/Spanish communication, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining audit readiness and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Sciences or Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years professional experience in compliance, quality systems and/or internal auditing within the regulated industry.
• Previous experience leading teams or projects.
• Requires strong technical writing skills (English and Spanish).
• Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives, mentor staff, and manage resources to ensure successful execution of the Quality Management System.
• Support design, execution and maintenance of quality system processes across departments.
• Coordinate training for SOP changes or new system implementations.
• Direct improvements to operational methods and overall strategy to enhance department effectiveness.
• Lead implementation and maintenance of quality systems, including data analysis for improvements.
