Job summary

ABB’s Ozark, AR Motor Plant seeks a Quality Manager to provide leadership for plant quality, ensuring product conformity and compliance with standards. You will guide continuous improvement, drive corrective actions, and manage customer and supplier quality interface on site.

The role emphasizes ISO compliance, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration to meet performance targets and customer expectations at the Ozark facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Associate’s degree with 10+ years in quality/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and quality control activities to meet plant objectives and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing processes to reduce scrap, rework, and warranty costs and by implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO certifications and audit readiness, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, engineering, and plant operations to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
