Job summary

The WellBoss Company in Houston, TX is seeking a Quality Manager to establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization and to serve as the Management Representative for the QMS. You will lead ISO 9001:2015 and API/Q1 compliance, drive continuous improvement, manage nonconformances and investigations, and coordinate quality activities with Sales, Operations, and Engineering.

Bachelor’s in science or engineering required; CMQ/OE or ASQ preferred; seven+ years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required.
• ASQ CMQ/OE or Quality Engineer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification through audits and training.
• Develop and implement API Specification Q1 and 11D1 into the QMS.
• Lead audits across departments to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage nonconformance process: root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide quality support to Sales, Operations and Engineering as needed.
