Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Houston is seeking a Manager for the Quality Management System (QMS) to establish and oversee API Q2 compliant processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure Quality process standardization and compliance, championing a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Quality assurance within the Energy sector, strong auditing skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position may require travel of 25-50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in QMS/Quality assurance programs.
• Lead Auditor experience and certification (ASQ, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of API Q2 and ISO 9001.
• Proven success in implementing a company/site QMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy the QMS strategy.
• Oversee the implementation of Quality processes.
• Develop core quality standards and processes.
• Create a compliance matrix to identify risks.
• Champion a Zero-Defect quality culture.
