Job summary

Jadex Inc. – Alltrista Plastics LLC is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager for Injection Molding to lead quality across a regulated manufacturing site serving food, pharmaceutical, and medical device customers.

You will drive the Quality Management System, oversee inspection and release, partner with Operations, Engineering, and Regulatory, and guide CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have a BS in a technical field and proven experience in injection molding,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Science or related field is preferred.
Experience in injection molding manufacturing is required; regulated industry experience preferred.
Experience supporting food, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similarly regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Working knowledge of GMP practices, ISO standards, FDA quality system expectations, CAPA, internal audits, change control, validation, and product launches.
Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the site Quality Management System and ensure effective execution of quality processes, procedures, and controls.
Oversee quality activities for injection molding operations, including inspection, release, containment, and traceability.
Ensure compliance with food, pharmaceutical, and medical device quality requirements and regulatory expectations.
Support validation, change control, risk assessments, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead customer quality activities including complaint investigations, containment, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to improve process stability and reduce scrap.
