Job summary

Winpak Films in Senoia, GA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead product quality, food safety, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

This hands-on role owns the site Quality Management System (QMS), ensures ISO 9001 and customer requirements are met, and partners with Operations, R&D, and Sales to deliver quality excellence.

You will lead audits, drive corrective actions, coach Quality Engineers and Technicians, and champion a culture of zero defects on the floor.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in engineering, chemistry, food science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years quality leadership in manufacturing with cross-functional influence.
• 3+ years maintaining ISO 9001 with SQF/HACCP/GMP or related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site QMS (ISO 9001/SQF/BRCGS) and regulatory compliance.
• Lead internal and supplier/customer audits, CAPA and change management.
• Drive improvement to reduce variation, scrap, and defects across manufacturing.
• Coach Quality Engineers/Technicians and partner with Operations, R&D and Sales.
• Own customer complaints, investigations and corrective actions.
