Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a quality role with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ISO and Quality Management Systems required.
• Strong leadership and team-development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor quality personnel, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Provide technical guidance and support, promoting continuous learning.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Drive incoming inspection, calibration and Final Mile to deliver world class quality components, products and systems.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of quality projects.
• Act as a liaison between the quality team and other departments.
