Job summary

Eagle Flexible Packaging is seeking a Quality Technician Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day quality inspection function and direct QA Technicians responsible for in‑process inspections and verification activities across manufacturing operations.

The role manages performance, scheduling, and staffing, enforces quality procedures, and maintains the QA laboratory and quarantine areas. Requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, schedule, and develop a team.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, start‑up approvals, and in‑process quality checks in a production environment.
• Proficiency with measurement tools and inspection methods; ability to lead root cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Direct QA Technicians performing in‑process inspections and testing across shifts.
• Interview candidates and participate in hiring decisions; input on promotions and transfers.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action in partnership with HR.
• Determine QA staffing, schedules, and priorities based on production needs and quality risk.
• Maintain QA laboratory and quarantine areas; ensure equipment and records are calibrated and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and internal procedures; participate in audits.
