Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or related training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, quality control, inspection, or related experience.
• Experience performing hands-on inspections of manufactured products, vehicles, or equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on inspections of completed vehicles, assemblies, components, and manufactured products.
• Verify products meet quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Document inspection findings and maintain quality records.
• Identify defects, non-conformances, and workmanship issues during production and final inspection.
• Assist in investigations of customer complaints and warranty claims.
• Communicate with customers regarding quality concerns and warranty issues.
• Coordinate inspections of returned parts and vehicles.
• Document findings and recommend corrective actions to prevent repeats.
• Maintain warranty claims records and quality trends.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
