Job summary

Nefab Group is seeking a Quality Lead to oversee manufacturing quality operations at the McMinnville facility in Tennessee. The role focuses on verifying correct production, escalating discrepancies, and supporting the training of quality personnel to uphold standards.

You will collaborate with the Quality Supervisor and managers to ensure auditors meet standards and help drive continuous improvement across quality processes. This is a full-time on-site position in McMinnville, TN.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing/quality function.
• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Formal education is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality operations in the manufacturing facility.
• Report issues to shift supervisor and Plant/ Site Manager.
• Support quality auditors and training programs for new staff.
• Assist with APQP/PPAP processes and ensure compliance.
