Luttrell Staffing Group in McMinnville, TN is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Auditor to verify products meet quantity, dimensional, visual, labeling, packaging, and material requirements. This full-time position offers $22 per hour with weekly pay and is temp-to-hire, with zero screening fees.

You will perform first-part approvals, inspect parts, audit cells, communicate corrections, and maintain a clean work area while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• General computer skills with MS Office Suite and FileMaker.
• Able to lift 25 lbs, stand 8-10 hours, and perform repetitive hand tasks.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.

Responsibilities

• Verify products meet quantity, dimensional, visual, labeling, packaging, and material requirements.
• Complete first-part approvals for startup jobs according to standard procedures.
• Inspect last-tagged parts delivered to final audit and verify incoming product compliance.
• Audit manufacturing cells to ensure operators follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Communicate corrections to machine operators and notify the Shift Supervisor of actions taken.
• Report quality issues or discrepancies to Shift Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Quality Supervisor as needed.
• Create non-conformance reports for defective or mislabeled products, apply hold tags, and coordinate movement to the Quality Hold area.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area with clear aisles and properly stored materials and supplies.
• Perform other related tasks as needed by the Quality Supervisor.

Job Duties for Manufacturing Quality Auditor:

• Verify products are manufactured correctly and meet quantity, dimensional, visual, labeling, packaging, and material requirements
• Complete first-part approvals for all startup jobs according to standard procedures
• Inspect last-tagged parts delivered to final audit and verify incoming product compliance
• Audit manufacturing cells to ensure operators follow work instructions and quality standards
• Communicate needed corrections to machine operators and notify the Shift Supervisor of actions taken
• Report quality issues or discrepancies immediately to the Shift Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Quality Supervisor as needed
• Create non-conformance reports for defective or mislabeled products, apply hold tags, and coordinate movement to the Quality Hold area
• Maintain a clean, organized work area with clear aisles and properly stored materials and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed
