Job summary

ASTEMO ROCK SPRING, INC. in Rock Spring, GA is seeking a Quality Coordinator to lead the quality staff, ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and safety standards, and support production with quality insights. The role covers training, auditing, and tool calibration across multiple shifts.

The ideal candidate will have automotive quality background, strong documentation skills, and ability to read engineering drawings to uphold part quality. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Lead quality support, direct Quality Staff and Machine Line Check teams.
• Ensure quality compliance for parts and processes in line with company standards.
• Support production by identifying who meets quality requirements in each area.
• Be trained to manage sort, broken tool, and repack logs and to read part drawings and work instructions.
• Train and certify machine line check associates and conduct audits as directed by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality support and direct Quality Staff and Machine Line Check teams.
• Ensure Quality compliance with part and process standards.
• Help production understand who meets quality requirements in each area.
• Maintain Sort/Broken Tool/Repack logs and develop sort standards.
• Train/certify staff and perform audits per Supervisors/Managers.
• Assist with CMM tech coverage and gage calibration activities.
