Fiber Glass Systems L.P. in Andrews, TX is seeking a Supervisor for the Fiberglass Quality team to ensure the QMS is fully operational and drive continuous improvement across processes. The role requires leading QA activities, audits, and CAPA while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate will coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain, monitor quality metrics, and train staff on safety best practices. Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years QC/QA in manufacturing; at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Proven knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ASME/ASTM codes desirable.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily quality team activities.
• Maintain and improve the facility QMS per ISO 9001 and ASME RTP-1.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality criteria.
• Support audits, root-cause analyses, CAPA.
• Monitor safety and environmental compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and preventive measures.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Prepare quality metrics for senior management.
• Deliver staff training on quality and safety.
• Manage documentation control and retention.
